Rally Raid CB500X Adventure Heritage Build — Rally Raid's new CB500X Adventure Build in Red/White/Blue Honda heritage colors.

Rally Raid has been busy working on their newest bike build based on a brand new 2016 Honda CB500X. The bike has been built to replace their original (2014 model) UK demonstrator, and it showcases some of the latest additions and refinements to the popular Rally Raid CB500X Adventure kit for 2016.

The Rally Raid Adventure kit adds high-quality suspension, wire-spoked wheels, off-road protection, ergonomic upgrades and luggage options to the practical and affordable Honda CB500X to transform it into a far more versatile, off-road capable adventure bike.

The most noticeable new feature in the Rally Raid CB500X Adventure build is the Heritage Red/White/Blue graphics designed to compliment the white model. There will also be alternative color options introduced soon for the other Honda CB500X color schemes. Also new for 2016 are the optional gold anodized 19″ front / 17″ rear heavy-duty wire-spoked wheels, rather than the standard black powder coated rims.

The new heavy-duty wire-spoked gold wheels are available in both 19″/17″ and 17″/17″ combinations.

The Rally Raid CB500X heritage build features the full LEVEL 3 Adventure kit including a fully-adjustable TracTive rear shock and replacement front suspension components that increases suspension travel to 6.7 inches (170mm) at both ends. A billet aluminum rear swingarm linkage, adjustable top triple clamp and fat-bar risers are also part of the kit.

Optional fat-bar risers are designed specifically to work in conjunction with the Renthal RC High bend Fat-bar.

The billet triple clamp also allows you to bolt on a Scotts steering stabilizer.

Other Additions and Refinements

Not shown in the pictures are Rally Raid heavy-duty platform pegs that have been subsequently added to the bike. More accessory introductions are coming in the 2nd quarter of 2016 – including a folding tip gear shifter, belly pan eliminator shield (so that you can remove the OEM belly pan) and a unique high-level ‘Scrambler’ silencer option designed in conjunction with Scorpion in the UK.
